The Story

Shouting into an empty room sucks. (And it’s a little weird!) That’s why every creative idea for connecting with your target audience should start with a brilliant integrated marketing and advertising strategy first. The right strategy means that your dollars go in, and ROI comes out.

As a Marketing Strategist at Chase Your Fears, I helped growing businesses and nonprofits put in place the right tools, people, systems, and strategies to scale their business faster and with more ease. I
Combined UX, marketing, and project management experience to help clients bring ideas to life and deliver delightful user experiences. I also worked to establish systems and processes to support client retention and acquisition.

In my role, I also used data and analytics to determine what levers cause people to buy or take action and what factors mitigate abandonment. Simplified organizational structures, provided leadership, focus, and support and created strategic marketing and operational plans.

Client Acquisition

Campaign Objectives: To maximize awareness, increase sales and to hold the hands of our users at each stage of the funnel.

At Chase Your Fears we used Integrated Marketing Campaigns to get to know more about our customers and to better customize their experience with the Chase Your Fears brand,

The first thing we did was look at our existing data and customer journey. We tried to understand who our potential users were and what was important to them. We collected data using Qualtrics, Google, and VOC feedback gathered through social media. We specifically designed our campaigns based on this data.

Campaigns were booked programmatically with videos on Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram and through Chase Your Fears Podcast episodes. We also utilized media outreach methods and appeared in many niche industry podcasts, For the awareness phase.

Audiences who watched our awareness videos were then retargeted with ads that spoke to audiences at the consideration stage

Those who purchased our product were directed to a private client area where we focused on relationship building
