The Story
I was contacted by the CrytoDev Funding team to help them build their team and marketing from the ground up. I was hired to enable growth and to build the infrastructure across the company. My responsibilities included developing, maintaining, and enforcing operational (recruiting, hiring, HR, marketing) processes to increase team processes and morale. I also served as a Marketing and Project Director, ensuring projects were completed within scope, on-time and on-budget.
The Solution:
- Managed recruiting and hiring processes for internal full-time and contractor staff.
- Hired, trained, and supervised 15 employees- Produced ROI’s 35% above targets.
- Built referral relationships with complementary businesses. This led to $27,000 in referral revenue.
- Implemented CryproDev’s affiliate program for Smart Contract Audits and Cryptocurrency token development. This resulted in an almost 300% increase in the number of customers requesting these services.
- Created investor pitch deck and helped raise $250,000 towards the development of a Metaverse concert and musical experience platform.
- Led NFT Marketing and Blockchain development projects. Maintained the project scope, budget, timeline, and quality of the end product.
- Worked with individuals at all levels in the organization, building strong relationships with respect and credibility
- Worked to create, update and maintain project and company SOPs. Built a central hub process for project management and communications.
- Helped allocate resources (designers and budget) and timelines needed to achieve project goals.
